Cozy condo in ideal beach location! Of all my stays in York over the years, this has been the nicest, cleanest, and coziest. I’ll definitely be back. You will find everything you need here and the place is impeccably clean. The amenities are new including a washer and dryer. I’ve never seen a book selection like what you’ll see throughout the house, and they let you take one if you like. The books and accents are a really nice touch. There is also a tv in every room to keep everyone happy. If you stay in the cooler months, the bathrooms have heated floors. That’s just another great detail that you won’t find in most places. I highly recommend this stay just steps to the beach.

I was really happy with my reservation of Seaside Scene! The apartment is well furnished and decorated, plus everything was very clean. There’s plenty of room for multiple people due to the living space and two bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was fantastic too, right next to the beach with lots to do and many places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stayed over Labor Day weekend; this is an excellent property in a lovely community, with convenient parking and a clean, comfortable living experience. Everything’s within easy walking distance, and especially loved the rain shower head to clean up after the beach. Highly recommended!
