There is parking for four cars, plenty of room for the whole family!

Upon entering this fabulous home, you are welcomed to spacious living room, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun and for family time. To the right of the entry, you will find the fully stocked kitchen with all things needed for a traditional Lobster Bake to all your vacation cooking needs.

On the first floor, there are two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Walk outside to the back yard to enjoy the gorgeous views of the marsh and water from the back deck! Outside, the shed that holds the Washer & Dryer so the sandy beach towels don’t have to be tracked throughout the home!

Back inside, on the second floor, guests will find a Queen bed room to the left - a full bathroom in the hall and a 4 twin bed bunk room to the right. Perfect for large families or 2 families. (King conversion kit available upon request).
