Sleeping arrangements include a first-floor king bedroom, three second-floor bedrooms (2 queen, 1 double twin convertible to king), a king master ensuite, and a third-floor queen bed, along with an additional twin day bed.

Other amenities include parking for 4-5 cars, a new gas grill, washer & dryer, mini splits throughout, and linens & towels. Chef services and concierge services are available upon advanced request.
