This charming Maine beach cottage is nestled in the heart of vacation paradise, offering a cozy retreat just steps away from the sandy shores of Short Sands Beach, a mere 2-3 minute walk away!

The cottage boasts a spacious main level living area, complete with a comfortable living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your vacation meal needs, while the lovely dining room sets the scene for memorable lobster bakes! A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find the sleeping quarters. The front bedroom features a queen bed, television, and window AC unit. Additionally, there's a twin bed on the second-floor landing, providing extra sleeping space. The second bedroom offers a spacious room with a full bed and a twin bed. Please note, the second-floor ceilings have limited headroom, so taller guests should exercise caution.

Step outside to the back patio, a fabulous space for outdoor grilling and al fresco dining. A quaint grassy area to the left of the patio provides a perfect spot for the kids to play.

The location of this cottage is ideal for families looking to immerse themselves in all that the village of Short Sands Beach has to offer. With the beach just a short walk away, you can easily explore the nearby restaurants, shops, arcade, bowling alley, and more! The Happy Lobster is truly a happy place, offering a perfect family-friendly beach retreat.

Sleeping 6-8 guests, this cottage features a queen primary bedroom, a second bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, and a twin bed on the second-floor landing. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room is available upon request. Linens and towels are included for your convenience. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. The cottage does not have a dishwasher but offers a stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Other amenities include a gas grill, cable TV, portable AC unit in the main living area, and window units in the upstairs bedrooms.
