This beautiful property sleeps twelve guests and has an open concept living/dining area that seats fourteen people leading to an ocean facing deck with outdoor seating- a perfect spot for your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. The large windows and glass doors offer spectacular views and natural light drawing your eyes to the ever-changing weather over the ocean. The living room offers a gas fireplace to add ambiance and warmth to those Spring or Fall evenings.
The lower level of this home has direct access to the garage and driveway. It is bright and cheery with a very large living room! Off of the living room is a large bedroom with two twin beds and a beautiful queen bed all appointed with gorgeous linens – a perfect room for families with little ones. On this level, you will also find a half bath.
The main living level hosts a big kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and the substantial island that seats six guests! The open concept dining, kitchen and living space is large for entertaining your family and friends. You will love spending time on the fantastic ocean facing deck off of the living room with its spectacular views.
On this level, you will also find a gorgeous queen bedroom with Romeo & Juliet ocean facing deck. A full bath is on this floor along with a great sized laundry room with washer + dryer.
On the top level of this home, you will find the lovely Master suite. It is an enormous space with a King bed, private sitting room, personal ocean facing deck, large picture windows with views that will draw you outdoors. Through a small window in the sitting area you can even see the Nubble Lighthouse. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a full bath.
There is another large bedroom on this level with two twin beds along with a queen bed. Not to mention more wonderful views from the window!
Outside there is a fenced in yard with plenty of room for yard games and a large outdoor shower.
